Golden rule applies at all times.

Be respectful and kind.
Do not ask other Alliance guild members to become members of your guild.
If a guild member wants to leave to join another guild in this alliance,
there must be an agreement between GM's that it is acceptable.
Again, it's a part of being "respectful".
We don't recruit each other's members.
When purchasing items from Alliance Crafters,
do not expect anything for free.
Do expect to at least pay for the cost
of the materials required to make the item.
Begging for anything is prohibited.
The common sense factor (and being respectful):
Lets just face it, religious, racial, or sexual comments are likely to incite, hurt or offend others. There is no place for that here. Be cool. This is a game, but we are real people behind the controls, so some amount of self control on everyone's part is necessary to keep things respectful. People make mistakes, we are human, but bashing and trolling are unacceptable. We are all responsible for ourselves, but GM's and Officers will be responsible for having their guild use the utmost common sense and exercise respect.
