I have used this spec for a while yo farm purples..
47 aura manipulation
44 weapon
34 power strikes
I chose to go staff so that as I attack I can debuff my opponents str and con.. Which is really useful.. A lot of maulers will go first wrap instead because it has a tad bit higher dps
